How to Cancel Invitation of an User?
Changing your mind about an invitation? No problem at all – it happens! Here's what you can do:
- Click to the “Organizations” tab on the left side.
- Find your organization’s card, click to reach the dashboard.
- Find the “Team” tab on the left side and click.
- Find the user’s invitation card and hit the cross icon in the top right – invitation canceled!
If you have a change of heart, don't worry! You can always send the same user an invitation again. It's that easy! Let's keep the positive momentum going!
How to Delete an User?
Wait! If the user accepted the invitation before you canceled it, no worries! You can delete the user with similar steps below:
- Click to the “Organizations” tab on the left side.
- Find your organization’s card, click to access the dashboard.
- Find the “Team” tab on the left side and click.
- Find the user’s card and hit the cross icon in the top right – user deleted!
