Manage User Levels in Your Organization
Robotalp accounts have up to 3 levels of access available for users: Viewer, Editor and Admin. There are the differences among user levels:
- ADMINS are key players; They can do everything from inviting users to billing and closing accounts. Also only Admins can invite other users to join, and they can assign user levels.
- EDITORS create and control monitors and view reports but stay away from billing and closing accounts.
- VIEWERS only can look at monitors and logs.
