Manage User Levels in Your Organization

Robotalp accounts have up to 3 levels of access available for users: Viewer, Editor and Admin. There are the differences among user levels:

  1. ADMINS are key players; They can do everything from inviting users to billing and closing accounts. Also only Admins can invite other users to join, and they can assign user levels.
  2. EDITORS create and control monitors and view reports but stay away from billing and closing accounts.
  3. VIEWERS only can look at monitors and logs.
