How to Create Keyword Monitor?

  1. Click to the “Organizations” tab on the left side.
  2. Find the card of the organization you want to create Keyword Monitor then click it to access the dashboard.


  3. Find the “Keyword” tab on the left side and click.


  4. Click to the "New Keyword Monitor" to create.


  5. Write your Monitor name.

  6. Choose http or https then write the URL without http or https.
  7. Input keywords.- Don't miss your chance to write 20 keywords.


  8. Choose to be notified when keyword(s) exists or doesn't exist.

    Exist: If any of the keywords are present on your page, you will be notified. So when you choose this, you are actually choosing words that you do not want to be on your page.

    Doesn't exist: If any of the keywords are absent on your page, you will be notified. So when you choose this, you are actually choosing words that you want to be on your page.

  9. Choose to search for keyword(s) in source code / visible text.

    Source Code: It is like a website's blueprint, written in languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. It tells browsers how to display the site.

    Visible Text: It is what users see and interact with on the website. It includes text, images, buttons, and other elements that make up the site's design and content.



  10. Choose the "User-Agent". The default option is "Robot.alp Agent V1.0."

    The User-Agent request header is a characteristic string that lets servers and network peers identify the application, operating system, vendor, and/or version of the requesting user agent. Read more.


  11. The HTTP Request Library is an optional feature for crawling websites. The default option is "requests."
  12. Choose disable or enable to Cache Busting


  13. Input Custom Headers.

    Custom Headers: HTTP headers let the client and the server pass additional information with an HTTP request or response. Read more.

  14. Set timeout for response
  15. Set check interval.- Feel free to select the check interval that suits you best – whether it's minute, hours or days; the decision is yours!


  16. On this page you can also adjust notifications settings with a few clicks.

  18. Click on the “Save” button. - It's ready!
