Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

• Commissions cannot be earned on purchases made by the affiliate itself. Any such activity leads to the dissolution of the partnership.
• Affiliates may not use paid advertisements, such as search engine ads, Facebook ads, or any other form of paid media, that could potentially cause confusion among customers or compete with our own marketing efforts.
• Affiliates must not misrepresent themselves as acting on behalf of our company, such as pretending to be an employee. Any false or misleading representation of the relationship is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to modify the terms of the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email.
• Commissions will accumulate based on the customer’s recurring payments within the first 12 months, and are limited to this period.
• If a customer requests a refund for a transaction that generated a commission, the amount of the commission will be deducted from the affiliate’s balance.
• Affiliates may not alter our logos or other assets. No trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights may be claimed over these materials.
• Sending unsolicited bulk emails is prohibited.
• Affiliates may not open an account on behalf of someone else or use someone else as a reference.
• Either party may terminate the contract at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, any unpaid earnings will be paid within 60 days.
• No commissions will be paid out for any activities that violate the program rules, and the affiliate may be liable for any damages.
• We reserve the right to monitor your website at any time. If any changes are deemed necessary, you will be notified, and failure to comply may result in the termination of the affiliate partnership.
• Affiliates may not offer payments, coupons, or any other form of incentives as a bribe for potential customers to use their affiliate link.
• If a person clicks your affiliate link and creates multiple accounts, commissions will only be paid on the first account’s purchases.
• We reserve the right to modify the terms of the agreement under any conditions and will notify affiliates via email.
