How do I Cancel my Subscription?
We’d be really sorry to see you leave us! If there is any way that we can change your decision to continue with us, we are ready for any help.
If you still want to cancel your account, we’ve tried to make it as easy as possible.
If you have a paid account, we have a simple way for you;
1. From Navigation pane, Choose "Billing and Plans"
2. Locate "Cancel Subscription" button at footer and use for cancel.
After completed, we will refund the remaining subscription fee.
If you have a free trial account, you don’t need to do anything, your trial account is free and it will already end automatically.
